Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Executive to support regional procurement, vendor coordination, fulfilment operations, and supply chain visibility across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, managing operational details, and keeping supply chain processes accurate, organised, and moving smoothly. The role covers vendor coordination, procurement execution, catalogue management, reporting, and logistics follow-up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Vendor Coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and support strong vendor relationships across regions.

• Procurement & Sourcing: Support product sourcing, pricing checks, vendor benchmarking, and procurement follow-ups.

• Catalogue Management: Keep product listings, pricing, stock availability, lead times, and internal data accurate and up to date.

• Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners and vendors to resolve fulfilment issues quickly and effectively.

• Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain trackers, reports, and operational summaries to support supply chain decisions.

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and support improvements across sourcing, procurement, platform operations, and fulfilment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, vendor management, or logistics.

• Vendor Management: Comfortable managing vendor follow-ups, pricing updates, lead times, and operational issues.

• Detail & Ownership: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through and manage multiple priorities independently.

• Communication Skills: Business-level English, both written and spoken, with the ability to coordinate clearly with vendors and internal teams.

• Data & Reporting: Comfortable working with Google Sheets, trackers, reports, inventory data, or catalogue management platforms.

• Problem Solving: Able to spot risks early, escalate when needed, and resolve supply chain or fulfilment issues calmly.

• Regional Exposure: Experience with IT hardware, electronics, distributors, 3PLs, freight forwarders, or Southeast Asia procurement partners would be a strong plus.
