As a Supply Chain Specialist, You Will
- Monitor MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule) to ensure raw material and component availability according to the production schedule.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with contract manufacturers regarding production status, material requirements, output schedules, and potential issues.
- Perform reconciliation of inbound finished goods data between contract manufacturer reports, warehouse records, and system data.
- Control the readiness of raw materials and components prior to the production schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Material Management, with PPIC experience (preferably in FMCG or contract manufacturing).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis).
- Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate effectively with contract manufacturers and cross-department internal teams.
