This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Quality Management Specialist, based in Jepara. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality compliance throughout the supply chain, and overseeing quality control processes for products. You will conduct supplier audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high-quality standards. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability practices across all supply chain operations while contributing to the enhancement of overall operational efficiency.

• Experience in supply chain quality management, supplier evaluation, and compliance
• Expertise in quality control processes, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of regulatory and environmental standards in supply chain operations
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in an international supply chain environment is a plus
