As a Supply Chain Operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of inventory across Hangry's Malaysia operations. Based in Jakarta, you'll translate demand into supply plans, optimize inventory, and collaborate with teams across Indonesia and Malaysia to keep our outlets running efficiently. Your work will directly impact product availability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop weekly demand forecasts by translating outlet sales into accurate SKU-level inventory plans.
- Monitor inventory performance, including safety stock, stock coverage, and min-max levels, while proactively identifying stock risks.
- Plan and optimize replenishment from Distribution Centers (DC) to outlets to ensure high product availability and minimal waste.
- Track inbound shipments from Indonesia to Malaysia and outbound deliveries from DCs to outlets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and coordinate closely with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.
- Monitor supplier performance and support sourcing initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency, and supply reliability.
- Partner with Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
- Maintain demand, inventory, supplier, and procurement trackers while preparing regular reports and actionable insights to improve operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze demand, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta while supporting Hangry's end-to-end supply chain operations across Malaysia.
