Supply Chain Manager

We are supporting a manufacturing client in the Bogor region in their search for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Manager. This role will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function for a single manufacturing facility, playing a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery

The salary budget for this position is Rp. 50-60m gross pm + benefits

About the Supply Chain Manager role:

• Lead and manage the full supply chain function, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory levels
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance monitoring
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components to support production schedules
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to the Country Manager
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Skills and experience needed:

• Minimum of 10-years proven experience in supply chain management, including recent experience within a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience working with foreign multinational companies is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations in a factory setting
• Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity with limited team support
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
