Job Description
[Key Responsibilities]
- Order & Logistics: Manage weekly call-off orders and coordinate with vendor forwarder for vehicle arrangement and dispatch.
- Documentation: Packing List, Invoice and Tax Invoices upon shipment.
- System: Manage daily/monthly closing data in ERP system.
[Qualifications]
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree Graduated from all majors
- Experience: Background in Manufacturing Logistics or B2B (Business to Business) Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Language: English skills required (Written & Spoken).
- Skills: Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and e-mail proficiency.
Work Location: Malang City – East Java
