Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Singapore Operations

  • Drive the end-to-end procurement process for Singapore operations, including vendor identification, strict contract negotiations, purchasing workflows, and alignment with Finance for seamless payment processing.
  • Conduct strategic sourcing and cost analysis to optimize total landed costs for raw materials, packaging and other requirement shipped to or sourced within Singapore.
  • Manage relationships, contracts, and performance evaluation (KPIs) of international vendors and local 3PL warehousing/distribution partners.
  • Oversee Singapore inventory health, demand-supply balancing, and logistics workflows to ensure stockouts at the retail level.

Indonesia Operations (Cold Chain Warehouse & Distribution)

  • Oversee daily operations of multi-temperature warehouses (Chilled & Frozen) and cold chain fleet distribution for Fore Kopi and Fore Donut.
  • Enforce strict Cold Chain Management (CCM) protocols to guarantee temperature compliance, product integrity, and minimal wastage from warehouse to final delivery.
  • Analyze and optimize distribution routes, logistics cost structures (such as cost-per-CBM and space utilization), and 3PL vendor fulfillment SLAs.

People Management & Governance

  • Provide leadership, set clear operational KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews for the assigned SCM team.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline cross-border workflows and domestic distribution challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Strong background in F&B, FMCG, or fast-paced retail environments is highly preferred.
  • Procurement Expertise: Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract law/negotiation, and setting up efficient procure-to-pay processes. Familiarity with international commercial terms (Incoterms) and cross-border shipping is crucial.
  • Cold Chain Logistics: Solid hands-on understanding of temperature-controlled storage, handling chilled/frozen food items, and monitoring multi-temperature transport infrastructure.
  • Skills: High proficiency in data analytics, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (Inventory/Procurement modules).
  • Language: Native-level Indonesian and fluent, professional English (written and verbal) are mandatory to interface effectively with global suppliers and the Singapore business unit.
