Job Description
Responsibilities
- Input and update consumption, forecast, and stock data in Excel
- Prepare weekly and monthly demand planning reports
- Check data accuracy and flag inconsistencies
- Maintain filing, documentation, and tracking sheets
- Coordinate with pharmacy, warehouse, and procurement teams for data
- Support meeting preparation (schedules, minutes, follow-ups)
Requirements
- Student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good communicator
- Available contract for 3 months
- Full WFO at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
