Passionate about operations and optimization Join Shiseido Indonesia as our Supply Chain Intern, starting on 12 January 2026, where you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, order management, and logistics. You'll contribute to process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows and enhance efficiency across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and observe supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement or simplification.
- Support initiatives that drive operational efficiency and accuracy across supply chain functions.
- Assist in developing improvement plans for:
- Warehouse and logistics activities.
- POSM (Point of Sales Materials) management.
- Stock allocation between inventory and order management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- At least intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with supply chain operations (planning, order management, logistics, inventory management).
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
