Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support daily inventory and warehouse operations by maintaining inventory and Distribution Center (DC) dashboards and ensuring accurate stock data.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify overstock/understock, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with Transfer Order (TO) creation, processing, documentation, and inventory movement between locations.
  • Support delivery planning, route preparation, shipment tracking, and confirmation of delivery status.
  • Assist with loading/unloading checks, shipment quantity verification, and reporting of delivery issues or delays.
  • Maintain logistics documentation, vehicle records, and vendor/transporter databases.
  • Monitor vendor delivery performance and prepare basic operational reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal teams to support smooth daily supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
