Purpose Of The Role

The Supply Chain Helpdesk and Share Services Supervisor provides essential, ongoing operational and administrative support across various departments within the Company. In this role, you will lead transaction processing and offer technical support to the Claims and Underwriting departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all business-line operations

What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate and timely query resolution.
• Actively participate in Active Operations Management (AOM) by documenting work-in-progress and completions.
• Meet customer service standards consistently and resolve complaints with minimal escalation.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and recommend process improvements.
• Deliver exceptional transaction processing services adhering to compliance, quality, and risk standards.
• Identify and escalate process variations or non-compliance issues.
  
  

Must Have

What Will Make You Successful :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Shared Services, or a closely related supervisor role.
• Solid expertise in MS Office applications and SAP.
• Excellent communication in both English and Indonesian (written and oral), strong teamwork, and coaching skills.

• Experience within the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Logistics sectors.
• Professional accounting certifications or continuous education in SCM.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
