Supply Chain Finance Assistant Manager - Cikande, Banten

As an Supply Chain Finance Team, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain financial planning and performance analysis by managing budgeting and forecasting, overseeing product costing and inventory controls, and partnering with operations to drive cost efficiency and financial performance.

What will you do

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks for all supply chain costs and manufacturing overhead.
• Own the monthly performance review process for operations, explaining variances between actual results and budget/forecast targets.
• Oversee product costing accuracy, bill of materials (BOM) audits, and labor/overhead absorption rates across manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor inventory health, including Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and manage provisions for slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock (SLOB).
• Partner with demand and supply planning teams during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align volume changes with financial impacts.
• Track and validate the financial savings of site-level cost-saving ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance (ideally within FMCG or a high-volume consumer goods environment).
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – the ability to challenge factory manager constructively, translating financial concepts into operational metrics.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy, strong curiosity to understand how things are made on the factory floor, and ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders like warehouse supervisors and production planners.
• Capable in a high-volume, hyper-fast-paced retail supply ecosystem.
• Willing to be placed at Cikande, Banten
