Alam Alsahara Indonesia is an international training provider with a focus on providing the best-in-class Well Control, QHSE, Technical, and Soft Skills international training for the oil and gas, geothermal, mining industries, and others. Our company provides supply chain services related to these industries with an emphasis on rig inspection services, rental equipment services, custom company merchandise, and general supplies. We have branch offices in various countries, including Indonesia, where this role is located.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Supply Chain Coordinator located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the supply chain process, track inventory levels, manage operations, and ensure timely delivery of equipment. The coordinator will also interact with customers, suppliers/ vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience in operations management and inventory management
  • Customer service skills to manage customer inquiries and complaints
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience in the oil & gas, geothermal, or mining industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures is a plus
