Step up as our Supply Chain and Procurement for TR Mortar
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and
- purchase order issuance
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and service providers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency and quality
- standards
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies
2. Supply Chain Operations
- Oversee the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouse and/or production sites
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational and business
- requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, sales, finance) for demand
planning
3. Inventory Management
- Supervise inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and obsolete inventory
- Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory improvement initiatives
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and
- distribution
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any supply delays or disruptions
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business
- Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and procurement strategies
- Good knowledge of inventory management and demand planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain software
