TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source UCO as a sustainable and renewable material for biofuel. We bulk, store, blend and deliver volumes of UCO to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks for the Supply & Commercial department, including handling letters/documents, email correspondence, and documentation
- Gather, compile, verify, and file data from internal and external departments (may include calculations in Excel)
- Support staff and managers with daily operational needs, ad-hoc tasks, and project-related activities
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes
- Coordinate with vendors or cross-functional teams when needed
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 months internship period;
- Minimum of a D3 / S1;
- 1 year experience in related position (preferred) but Fresh Graduates and Final-Year University Students are welcome;
- Strong attention to detail, comfortable working with numbers and calculations;
- Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong follow-up skills;
- Fast and responsive in handling tasks;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn;
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
