Supplier Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supplier Relationship Manager to strengthen our vendor governance, supplier performance management, and procurement compliance practices.

What You'll Do

As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier compliance, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and providing strategic insights to support procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor due diligence and supplier assessments in accordance with procurement policies.
• Evaluate vendor eligibility and perform site visits based on supplier category and risk level.
• Develop vendor segmentation and supplier databases to support sourcing and tender activities.
• Perform spend, pricing, and procurement data analysis to generate actionable insights and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Establish and manage vendor performance measurement programs through regular evaluations and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate contract and agreement processes with internal stakeholders, Legal, Procurement, business users, and vendors to ensure timely completion within agreed service levels.
• Monitor supplier compliance and execute vendor audits to improve quality, governance, and operational performance.
• Support procurement transformation, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage Purchase Order (PO) processes and accrual-related activities.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end contract and agreement processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms and conditions for all procurement activities, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, Legal, Procurement, business users, and vendors, ensuring timely completion, compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to agreed service levels

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Accounting, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• MinimumExperience minimum 10 yearsin Procurement, Supplier/Vendor Management, Procurement Analytics, Strategic Sourcing, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Good understanding of vendor due diligence, supplier performance management, contract governance, and procurement processes.
• Experience in managing databases, reporting, and procurement-related systems.
• Knowledge of accounting, statistics, and business management principles is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
