Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the development of electrical-related parts with suppliers
- Lead and execute APQP and PPAP processes to ensure supplier readiness and product quality
- Conduct supplier audits for new product development and ongoing production
- Investigate part quality issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements with suppliers
- Support supplier capability development and provide training on ALVA quality standards and requirements
- Monitor part quality during both development stages and mass production
- Prepare, develop, and maintain supplier quality documentation and records
