Responsible for the new supplier import review, supplier parts development progress management, to ensure that the supplier APQP process is controlled and put into production on time;
Promote the improvement of supplier systems, enhance process capabilities, and ensure stable quality;
Establish an effective management system to ensure the compliance of Tire N supplier supply chain, material use, process changes, etc.;
Establish an effective supplier management &IQC incoming material inspection system to ensure the stable quality of the materials put into production;
Customer complaints and returned products to assist in analysis and investigation and follow-up of measures;
Establish and improve the supplier's quality management system to ensure that it is consistent with the actual operation and compliance;
Support the company's external (customer, third-party) audit;
Management system and process optimization of supplier quality team;
Subordinate daily work management, supervision, training and assessment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, experienced people can be appropriately relaxed;
More than 5 years working experience in SQE management;
Familiar with ERP system, QC seven major techniques, MINITAB, QCC, SPC;
ISO9001 and ISO14000 management systems, with practical ability and internal audit certificate;
Fluent in English, available as a working language.
