Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Supervisor of Sales for our Mobile Accessories Product division, based in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sales team, driving efforts to promote and sell our cutting-edge mobile accessory products in a competitive market. Your strategic approach and leadership skills will be key in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales team focused on mobile accessories, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and expand the customer base
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
- Monitor sales performance and metrics, analyze data to inform strategy, and report on outcomes to senior management
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ year in a supervisory role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the mobile accessories or related consumer electronics markets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends
