Get to Know the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will lead and drive business growth by managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing product development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong client relationships, and executing effective strategies to support successful product commercialization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales & marketing team to ensure performance aligns with company targets and KPIs
- Ensure the team achieves sales & marketing targets and company objectives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets (revenue, volume, and growth)
- Handle team challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operational execution
- Prepare reports and evaluate team performance regularly
- Conduct B2B (Business to Business) sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deal
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat orders and customer loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach by acquiring potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs
- Oversee product development initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end commercialization
- Introduce and promote product innovations aligned with market trends and customer demands
- Conduct market research (local & international) to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
- Proven experience in sales & marketing in the same industry for a minimum of 3 years as staff, or prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus
- Strong interest in the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and makeup
- Understanding of beauty market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
