Get to Know the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will lead and drive business growth by managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing product development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets, building strong client relationships, and executing effective strategies to support successful product commercialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales & marketing team to ensure performance aligns with company targets and KPIs
  • Ensure the team achieves sales & marketing targets and company objectives
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets (revenue, volume, and growth)
  • Handle team challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operational execution
  • Prepare reports and evaluate team performance regularly
  • Conduct B2B (Business to Business) sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deal
  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat orders and customer loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach by acquiring potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs
  • Oversee product development initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end commercialization
  • Introduce and promote product innovations aligned with market trends and customer demands
  • Conduct market research (local & international) to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing in the same industry for a minimum of 3 years as staff, or prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and makeup
  • Understanding of beauty market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
