Get to Know The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and achievement of production targets. You will supervise production teams, optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain smooth and effective manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with SOPs, quality standards, production targets, and applicable workplace safety regulations.
Oversee the operation of production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and ensure that routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery are carried out.
Manage, guide, and develop the production team to achieve established targets for output, productivity, and work efficiency.
Ensuring the availability of production resources and effectively managing the team's division of labor and work schedules.
Implementing and fostering a culture of quality awareness within the team to maintain consistent product quality and minimize rejection rates and waste.
Monitoring, evaluating, and resolving issues that arise during the production process, as well as implementing continuous improvement measures.
Coordinate with relevant departments such as PPIC, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
Compile and report production performance metrics—including productivity, quality, efficiency, and operational challenges—to superiors on a regular basis.

Qualification:

Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Pharmacy
At least 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor in the beauty, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries
Understanding of GMP/CPKB and production process flows, with the ability to implement continuous improvement
Strong communication skills
Assertive, able to lead a team, and skilled in problem-solving
Willing to work shifts and overtime (if necessary)
Able to work in Tangerang, Banten
