Job Description

PT Pelsart Tambang Kencana is seeking an experienced Supervisor Personnel Administration & HRIS to support employee administration excellence and HRIS governance across the organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining personnel data accuracy, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting employee lifecycle administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee administration processes including hiring, transfer, promotion, contract renewal, and termination.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee master data within HRIS.
  • Monitor completeness and validity of employee documentation, both digital and hardcopy.
  • Establish and implement personnel administration standards across the organization.
  • Prepare regular reports related to manpower, turnover, and absenteeism.
  • Conduct routine reconciliation of employee data with payroll and relevant functions.
  • Oversee employee healthcare administration, including BPJS and additional insurance programs.
  • Coordinate employee medical claims and reimbursement processes.
  • Reconcile healthcare membership and premium billing data with providers and Finance.
  • Prepare reports related to employee healthcare utilization and costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Personnel Administration and/or HRIS.
  • Experience in mining or multi-site organizations will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and personnel administration practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, Talenta, or similar systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data analysis.
  • Good understanding of payroll administration and BPJS processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidential information.
