This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor or Assistant Manager PPJK and PLB, based in North Cikarang. The role involves managing and overseeing activities related to bonded logistics, customs clearance (PPJK), and bonded logistics centers (PLB). The individual will ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, optimize operational processes, and supervise team performance to meet company goals. Providing accurate reporting, problem-solving, and adherence to industry practices are key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in customs clearance (PPJK), bonded logistics operations, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of Inventory Control, Order Management, and Distribution Center Operations
• Familiarity with logistics systems and processes, including bonded logistics
• Experience with documentation and reporting in logistics operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in customs or logistics will be an advantage
