Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create task planning for the team.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve maximum work targets.
- Ensure that the team's work is executed well and correctly.
- Evaluate and analyze team performance results.
- Analyze and make adjustments for inventory IN.
- Analyze and make adjustments for inventory OUT.
- Recommend problem-solving solutions to Senior Supervisor by coordinating with the assistant supervisor.
- Report work results to senior supervisor.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Proven ability to plan tasks, lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational targets.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control (IN & OUT), stock accuracy, and adjustment processes.
- Experienced in analyzing inventory data and team performance results.
- Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, and cycle counting.
- Able to use ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed at Marunda Center, Tarumajaya – Bekasi.
