Role Description

The Supervisor for Project is responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedule, and quality standards. This contract, on-site role is based in Denpasar and involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while monitoring resource use and resolving operational issues promptly. The Supervisor for Project will review drawings and specifications, verify that construction work complies with design and safety requirements, and report project status, risks, and progress to project management. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. The supervisor will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project milestones and budgets are met and that any changes are communicated and implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong project supervision skills, including on-site coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of construction activities.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, building methods, and construction standards applicable to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide site teams, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and report clearly to project managers.
• Proficiency in using basic construction management tools and MS Office for documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, risk management, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Relevant experience in construction site supervision or project coordination; experience with general contracting or design-build projects is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar for the duration of the contract, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
