Role Description

The Supervisor Finishing for Project is a contract, on-site role based in Denpasar, responsible for overseeing finishing works to ensure they meet design, quality, and safety standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating finishing trades (such as painting, flooring, ceiling, and interior works), monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving on-site issues in collaboration with project engineers and site managers. The role involves inspecting workmanship and materials, verifying compliance with specifications, and preparing reports on quality, timelines, and resource needs. The supervisor will guide and support site crews, enforce health and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep finishing activities aligned with overall project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising finishing works on building projects, including coordination of multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, quality standards, and relevant building codes or regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and support basic site-level planning and resource allocation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to occupational health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
