What is Supervisor Development Program (SDP)
SDP is a fast-track leadership program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future supervisory roles through structured development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional rotations across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Analyze business and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead and execute assigned improvement projects with measurable business impact
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to management
- Develop leadership and project management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring
Requirements
- Professional Pharmacist (Apothecary) qualification with a minimum GPA of 3.30
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities
- Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
