What is Supervisor Development Program (SDP)
SDP is a fast-track leadership program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future supervisory roles through structured development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional rotations across IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Digital Solutions, and IT Governance functions.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and operational needs to recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Lead and execute assigned IT improvement or digitalization projects with measurable business impact.
- Present project outcomes, system enhancements, and recommendations to management.
- Develop leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities
- Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
