Supervisor Designer MEP & HVAC

Role Description

The Supervisor Designer MEP & HVAC role at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating MEP and HVAC systems for restaurant and facility projects, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating technical drawings, specifications, and layouts; collaborating with project teams, contractors, and vendors; and overseeing the implementation of MEP and HVAC designs during construction and fit-out phases. The supervisor will monitor site progress, identify and resolve technical issues, support preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders. The role also involves documenting work, maintaining quality and cost control, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Site Supervision and Site Inspections, including overseeing installation and commissioning of MEP and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices, with the ability to coordinate building systems operations and support long-term asset performance.
• Practical expertise in Plumbing and Building Maintenance, ensuring reliable utility services and responsive repair activities.
• Proficiency in MEP and HVAC design, including use of relevant design software and understanding of local codes and industry standards.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
• Prior experience in commercial or hospitality facilities is an advantage, as well as familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
