We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing cost analysis, monitoring inventory efficiency, and ensuring the accuracy of cost reporting. You will play a key role in improving the company's cost structure and supporting strategic financial decisions.
- Manage, analyze, and monitor cost and inventory efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver accurate Cost Reports (COGS, COGM) in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and enhance cost accounting systems to improve effectiveness.
- Utilize ERP systems to support cost accounting activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on operational cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve financial objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge in COGS, inventory, and cost efficiency evaluation.
