Supervisor cafe

We are seeking an experienced and motivated cafe superivisor to oversee daily operations at Fave. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, service- driven, and confident in leading a team.

Requiments:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial role in F&B/ Hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to oversee day to day operations, services standards and staff performance
• Knowledge of inventory control, order and stock monitor
• Fluent in Bahasa and basic English communication
• Flexible, proactive and problem solvong mindset
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays
