Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Branch Partner, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Supervisor Branch Partner will oversee branch operations and ensure efficient day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing resources, ensuring compliance with company policies, developing strategies to meet performance goals, and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively.
• Min. 2 years experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator
• Proficiency in operational management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client and team relationships.
• Ability to handle pressure, solve problems quickly, and make decisions in real-time.
• Familiarity with standard office software and tools; proficiency in data analysis tools is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
