Supervises accounting staff in the day to day operations of one or more accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, revenue and asset accounting as well as associated analysis and reporting. Oversees calculating, posting, and verification of financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records
Requirements
- Accounting Bachelor Degree
- 3 Years area of Accounting (preferably in Public Accounting Firm as Auditor) with supervisor level or mining company
- Familiar with financial Statements Preparation and accounting standards
- Good analytical skills, logical thinker and problem solving
- Ms. Excel, Word, Accounting Software (preferable Oracle & Ellipse)
Responsibilities:
- To Prepare Journal Entries and Financial Statements
- Overseeing daily transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
- Preparing budgeting and forecast reports
- Tracking the progress of accounting and financial objectives
- Establishing accounting procedures and policies in accordance with the targets of the company
- Managing month-end/year-end closing
- Monitoring the day-to-day performance of company's accounting department
- Organizing financial data into valuable information and also maintaining updated records
