Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the mining industry, including experience in contract management, mine survey, mining database, and project control, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mine survey, mining data analytics, contract administration, and operational performance monitoring.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the verification of mining and non-mining operational activities to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate operational data and support accurate reporting.
Monitor and control the implementation of internal operational programs to ensure effective execution.
Manage and evaluate mine survey activities, including joint surveys, haul distance verification, and overburden (OB), coal, and quarry volume measurements.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of mining operational databases to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Support contract administration by providing accurate operational data for performance evaluation, progress monitoring, and claim verification.
