Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute subscription business acquisition strategies through activation channels, partnerships, and agency networks
  • Lead end-to-end activation programs, including planning, execution, operational readiness, and performance evaluation
  • Manage activation activities such as booth operations, on-site promotions, and partnership events to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise sales team to ensure operational excellence and target achievement
  • Monitor lead generation and optimize conversion performance across activation channels
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement, accurate product communication, and consistent brand experience
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, malls, event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth activation execution
  • Prepare periodic reports and business insights related to activation performance, conversion rate, and subscription growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Activation, Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Promotion, Brand Activation, or Subscription Business Development
  • Proven experience in leading and managing sales / activation teams
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnel, conversion strategy, and business development
  • Experience in handling partnerships, agencies, or channel development is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple activation programs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with field work and on-ground activation activities
  • Willing to Work from Office Monday-Friday at Jakarta Selatan
