Develop and execute subscription business acquisition strategies through activation channels, partnerships, and agency networks
Lead end-to-end activation programs, including planning, execution, operational readiness, and performance evaluation
Manage activation activities such as booth operations, on-site promotions, and partnership events to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
Lead, coordinate, and supervise sales team to ensure operational excellence and target achievement
Monitor lead generation and optimize conversion performance across activation channels
Ensure high-quality customer engagement, accurate product communication, and consistent brand experience
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, malls, event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth activation execution
Prepare periodic reports and business insights related to activation performance, conversion rate, and subscription growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field
4-6 years of experience in Marketing Activation, Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Promotion, Brand Activation, or Subscription Business Development
Proven experience in leading and managing sales / activation teams
Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnel, conversion strategy, and business development
Experience in handling partnerships, agencies, or channel development is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple activation programs and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with field work and on-ground activation activities
Willing to Work from Office Monday-Friday at Jakarta Selatan
