Role Purpose:
The Student Growth Lead is responsible for driving student acquisition, enrollment growth, and revenue across Hacktiv8 programs. This role owns theend-to-end student growth funnelfrom lead activation and conversion strategy to enrollment executionwhile working closely with Marketing, Admissions, Student Success, and Campus teams to ensure sustainable growth and strong student commitment. This role combinesgrowth strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end student growth funnel from lead to enrollment and revenue
- Drive B2C enrollment growth, conversion strategy, and pricing initiatives
- Lead and manage the Student Growth / Admissions team
- Execute go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
- Ensure a strong student experience across admission and enrollment touchpoints
- Track performance, forecast revenue, and present insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 57+ years of experience in growth, admissions, sales, or revenue roles (edtech or tech preferred)
- Proven experience owning conversion funnels and revenue targets
- Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven, hands-on, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
