This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Student Consultant. The Student Consultant will assist students and families with tailored education pathways, providing consultations on overseas study options and helping with university applications, document preparation, and visa processing. Additional responsibilities include coordinating English test preparation, organizing pre-departure briefings, and maintaining communication between students, families, and partnered educational institutions to ensure a smooth application journey.

• Proficiency in consultation, communication, and student advisory processes
• Strong skills in university application preparation, documentation, and visa application support
• Ability to assist with English test preparation, including familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, and other standardized tests
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other language skills are an advantage
• Background in education counseling, communication, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field
