Job Description:
- Maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure a positive learning experience and long-term engagement with the program.
- Proactively communicate with parents to monitor student progress and encourage program renewals.
- Identify potential churn risks and address concerns before they lead to student drop-off.
- Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Coordinate with academic and operational teams to resolve issues related to student learning or scheduling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with parents to maintain engagement and ensure continuity in the learning program.
- Manage and track parent communication, renewal status, and student data through CRM or internal systems.
- Support the achievement of retention and renewal targets through proactive relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, retention, or sales roles.
- Comfortable managing 50–200 active clients simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Able to handle complaints and difficult conversations with parents professionally.
- Organized and disciplined in follow-ups and data tracking using tools such as Google Sheets or CRM.
- Comfortable discussing renewals, program packages, and pricing with parents.
- Proactive in identifying churn risks and resolving issues.
