Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, presenting our brand and service/product to potential customers, assisting admin/front desk staff with new student assessments, substituting teachers when needed and assisting with curriculum-related questions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with parents, supporting center activities, and ensuring a positive experience for all students at the center.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clarity when addressing students and parents
• Background in education and experience in fostering effective learning processes
• Customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships and resolving concerns
• A passion for education and helping children succeed academically
• Proficiency in both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Willing to learn new skills
