About Maja International Homeschool
Maja International Homeschool is a bilingual hybrid school offering a full K–12 programme, combining:
- Cambridge International Education (Primary, IGCSE, A-Level)
- Kurikulum Merdeka (mandatory Indonesian subjects)
- American teaching methodology (direct instruction, problem-solving, writing across subjects, and portfolio assessment)
Be the face of Maja for new families. You will run open houses (virtual and in-person), drive WhatsApp sales conversations, manage our social media presence, and convert interested families into enrolled students.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and host weekly open house sessions — both virtual (Zoom/Google Meet) and in-person at our Kebayoran Baru HQ
- Present Maja's 4+1 model, curriculum pathways (Cambridge-aligned, Pearson Edexcel, Kurikulum Merdeka), and skill tracks clearly and persuasively to parents and students
- Drive WhatsApp sales: respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, send follow-ups, and guide families from first message to enrollment
- Manage Maja's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — plan a content calendar, post regularly, respond to DMs and comments, and run lightweight ad/boost campaigns
- Create or coordinate short-form content (reels, photos, captions) that reflects Maja's warm editorial brand and brings open houses + programs to life
- Conduct one-on-one consultation calls to understand each child's needs and recommend the right pathway
- Own monthly enrollment targets — track conversion rates from inquiry → open house → consultation → enrollment, and report weekly to leadership
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff once a family enrolls
- Collect and act on feedback from open house attendees and social audiences to continuously improve experience and messaging
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM/admin dashboard
- Represent Maja at education fairs, partner events, and community outreach activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, customer success, or client-facing education roles
- Hands-on experience running social media for a brand, school, or business (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — including content planning, posting, and DM/community management
- Comfortable selling and closing over WhatsApp — fast, warm, and consistent follow-through
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident public speaker — comfortable presenting to groups of parents and students
- Strong consultative selling skills — able to listen, diagnose needs, and recommend solutions (not pushy)
- Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) and a good eye for visual brand consistency
- Highly organized with strong follow-through — no leads slip through the cracks
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic admin dashboards
- Based in Jabodetabek and able to work in-person at our Kebayoran Baru HQ
- Background or strong interest in education, parenting, or international curricula is a plus
