We are an Architectural and Engineering firm seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer (Design & Documentation) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a fast learner with strong English communication skills and solid experience in structural design and construction documentation.
As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to complete a short technical assessment to evaluate drafting and construction document skills.
Requirements:
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer, Structural Designer, or Structural Drafter involved in the design and documentation of hotels, apartments, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and applicable building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate structural construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and execute design concepts.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, structural regulations, and project standards.
- Modify and revise designs to meet project specifications and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all designs and drafts.
