Streaming Operations Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain livestream equipment (camera, microphone, lighting, creative properties).
• Manage studio and facilities (appearance kit, medical kit, support lounge) to ensure readiness.
• Provide technical assistance during livestream sessions, ensuring smooth and professional output.
• Execute and maintain Livestream Studio Guidelines for quality control.
• Support grooming and visual setup guidelines, including lighting and camera framing.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and talent teams to ensure technical setup matches campaign requirements.
• Develop and update checklists/manuals for production flow and technical setup.
• Assist in planning and budgeting for technical equipment and studio upgrades.
• Provide basic training to supporting crew or freelancers on equipment use and studio safety.
• Track and report on livestream technical performance (stream quality, latency, audio/video sync).
• Suggest improvements for studio workflow and production efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
• 34 years of experience in live commerce operation, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proven experience in livestreaming, video production, or studio operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of camera, audio, lighting, and streaming software (OBS, vMix, or similar).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software and connectivity issues quickly.
• Good organizational skills for managing equipment, samples, and technical schedules.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems during live sessions.
