Responsibilities

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that support the company's business objectives and long-term growth while fostering trust, transparency, and sustainable collaboration.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that create mutual value and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders by understanding their business needs with empathy and communicating with honesty and professionalism.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to identify emerging trends, anticipate market changes, and recommend agile business strategies.
  • Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and collaboration planning with integrity, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial for all parties.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives while remaining adaptable to evolving business priorities.
  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze business outcomes, and proactively recommend continuous improvements to maximize business impact.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations that are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage partnership projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery while responding agilely to challenges and changing business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes, operational efficiency, and business performance through innovation and collaboration.
  • Support new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic growth programs by working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and ethical business practices.

Requirements

What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic business initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term trust through honest and professional communication.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to understand business challenges from multiple perspectives and provide thoughtful solutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects while fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared success across teams.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance analysis, with the agility to respond to changing market dynamics.
  • Experience preparing business proposals, partnership plans, and commercial agreements with attention to detail and integrity.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented, demonstrating Honesty in communication, Empathy in building relationships, and Agility in navigating changing business needs.
  • Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
