Job Description:
1.Vendor Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze vendor operational performance, comparing financial performance against operational performance
- Develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective action plans with vendors.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to evaluate performance and align on improvement initiatives.
2. Vendor Growth & Development
- Develop structured frameworks to support vendor portfolio growth and expansion based on business requirements and operational readiness.
- Assess vendor capacity, capabilities, infrastructure, and workforce readiness to support business scaling.
- Evaluate vendor readiness for new business opportunities, service expansion, and geographic growth.
3.Stakeholder Management
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for vendor performance governance and strategic development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree witha minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, BPO Management, Business Operations, or Performance Management.
- Experience managing multiple vendors or external business partners in a fast-paced environment or tech industries.
- Proven experience in performance analysis, operational improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, customer service, shared services, or BPO industries is preferred.
