Your Day-to-Day

We're looking for a high-performing Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (International Expansion) to lead strategic initiatives and operational expansion across new markets opportunities. This role combines high-level strategic initiatives and end-to-end operational execution to design scalable processes, optimize business performance, and successfully launch new operations from 01.

Your scope spans strategic planning, operational excellence, process optimization, commercial operations, and expansion initiatives, giving you end-to-end ownership of how the business grows and scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational expansion initiatives by designing scalable operating models for new markets, business units, and business opportunities.
• Develop operational strategies, implementation roadmaps, and execution plans to support market expansion and business growth.
• Analyze business performance, identify operational gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize cross-functional processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
• Establish KPIs, build performance dashboards, and generate actionable insights to improve operational performance, customer experience, and profitability.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations and supporting company-wide strategic planning and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Program Management, Business Strategy, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or expansion projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience in business analysis, performance management, and process optimization.
• Experience designing scalable operating models, SOPs, and business processes in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
