Your Day-to-Day
We're looking for a high-performing Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (International Expansion) to lead strategic initiatives and operational expansion across new markets opportunities. This role combines high-level strategic initiatives and end-to-end operational execution to design scalable processes, optimize business performance, and successfully launch new operations from 0→1.
Your scope spans strategic planning, operational excellence, process optimization, commercial operations, and expansion initiatives, giving you end-to-end ownership of how the business grows and scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational expansion initiatives by designing scalable operating models for new markets, business units, and business opportunities.
- Develop operational strategies, implementation roadmaps, and execution plans to support market expansion and business growth.
- Analyze business performance, identify operational gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize cross-functional processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks.
- Establish KPIs, build performance dashboards, and generate actionable insights to improve operational performance, customer experience, and profitability.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven recommendations and supporting company-wide strategic planning and special projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Program Management, Business Strategy, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or expansion projects from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience in business analysis, performance management, and process optimization.
- Experience designing scalable operating models, SOPs, and business processes in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
