About the Role
The Strategy Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of growth initiatives within the Indonesian market. This role requires a high-caliber professional capable of bridging high-level corporate strategy with rigorous operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Formulate and execute data-driven expansion strategies to increase market share within the Indonesian insurance sector.
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Spearhead new strategic entries into the B2B commercial space, from market sizing to partner acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Oversee and align Product, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing workstreams to ensure cohesive execution of business objectives.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain a rigorous OKR monitoring and reporting framework for executive stakeholders.
- Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic alliances with key ecosystem players to drive institutional growth.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Undergraduate or master's degree from a top-tier global university.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred) or a high-growth technology startup.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities with significant exposure to product development lifecycles and unit economics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
