Responsibilities:
Support New Business Initiatives
- Assist in executing new business initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (Business, Operations, TM, and other related teams).
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
System Improvement within Department
- Identify and gather issues related to department business processes (both internal and cross-department).
- Propose and design solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Support trial implementations, monitor progress, and learnings.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of SOPs to ensure effective implementation in related teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment in projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in communication, documentation, and follow-ups for strategic projects.
