Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, the Strategy and Growth Manager (SGM) drives strategic decisions for Traveloka's Travel Activities vertical. The core mandate is strategy formulation and optimization for top partners - encompassing commercial program design, governance routines, and analytics - to deliver actionable recommendations that hit financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy for top Key Accounts and the Events pillar across locales and marketing channels
  • Identify growth opportunities across demand generation, fulfillment, and supply
  • Design commercial programs and support Market Managers in partner execution
  • Formulate marketing and commercial term recommendations in partnership with regional teams
  • Define and execute against financial goals cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Finance
  • Shape sourcing strategy across 3PS and B2B Go-To-Market channels
  • Track performance against targets, identify key growth levers, and drive implementation through direct execution or cross-functional influence
  • Leverage AI tools to sharpen strategic focus, surface nuanced growth opportunities, and elevate the quality of cross-functional recommendations - applying seasoned business judgment to translate outputs into impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a quantitative field; MBA or Master's is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience; background in travel, tech, or global consulting is a plus
  • Strong P&L fluency and understanding of top and bottom-line growth levers
  • Sharp analytical skills - able to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights
  • Results-driven with a first-principles mindset; comfortable operating without a rulebook
  • Proven project management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Track record of effective collaboration across geographies, functions, and seniority levels
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to present and influence at all levels
  • Fast learner who can translate industry shifts into concrete growth strategies
  • Strong business judgment and professional maturity
