Strategy Execution and PMO Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy execution by translating strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and clear accountability across functions.
• Lead strategic portfolio governance by monitoring initiative progress, business outcomes, key dependencies, resource constraints, and overall portfolio performance.
• Challenge and solve execution issues by identifying bottlenecks, assessing root causes, and driving cross-functional resolution of critical risks and dependencies.
• Provide management insights through data-driven analysis of portfolio performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
• Ensure execution readiness and quality through implementation reviews and proactive identification of deployment and operational risks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support prioritization, decision-making, and corrective actions to ensure strategic initiatives deliver their intended business impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other quantitative/technical disciplines.
• Total experience min 8 years in Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, PMO, Corporate Planning, or related fields, with 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or transformation programs.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong capability in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams, strategic projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• High learning agility, ownership, and drive for results in a fast-paced environment.
